~ As of now our online store is exclusively for our Hotel Guest only in order to enable Contactless Room Service  

Service Timings

• ~ Front desk operation hours ~ 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM.
• ~ Breakfast 8:30 AM – 10.00 AM
• ~ Room Service 11.00 AM – 4.30 PM
• ~ Lunch 12.00 PM – 3.00 PM
• ~ Dinner 7.00 PM – 9.30 PM
• ~ JM Vista Suites Online Store - 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Refund policy

• ~ Hotel Refund policy for products or services cancelled, will be within 5-7 working days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customers bank account.
  For Normal refunds our hotel does not charge any processing fee. GST levied at the time of payment will not be reversed to your account.
